Tech­nical Rep­res­ent­at­ive Ger­many– Biopro­cess Indus­tries

This is a fant­astic oppor­tun­ity for a tech­nical rep­res­ent­at­ive, sales to sup­port exist­ing sales, drive high level of ser­vice and ensure good cus­tomer rela­tion­ship man­age­ment. You will be able to work inde­pend­ently whilst will hav­ing sup­port from your col­leagues loc­ated in Ger­many and across the EMENA region.

Working field:

The role will be based in Sax­ony-Anhalt, Branden­burg, or Sax­ony, ideally in the Mag­de­burg or sur­round­ing area, pre­dom­in­antly serving cus­tom­ers in the sugar, starch & eth­anol indus­tries. You will be work­ing from the cus­tomer site or/and home office, full-time or on a part-time sched­ule. The pos­i­tion is tem­por­ary and ini­tially lim­ited to 6 months, can however evolve into per­man­ent employ­ment if suc­cess­ful.


  • Main­tain­ing and build­ing good rela­tions with cus­tom­ers at all levels.
  • Liais­ing with cus­tom­ers' team to ensure cus­tom­ers’ and accounts’ require­ments are met.
  • Per­form­ing ser­vices in a timely man­ner and within dead­lines under the super­vi­sion of the account man­ager. This includes daily/weekly sampling and labor­at­ory tests as well as pre­vent­at­ive main­ten­ance and break­down repairs for Buck­man’s equip­ment as required.
  • Occa­sion­ally week­end avail­ab­il­ity in case of break­downs in exchange for free recu­per­a­tion time dur­ing the week.
  • Fol­low­ing all safety rules and require­ments as a first pri­or­ity (HCAS).
  • Con­trolling Buck­man’s applic­a­tions and dos­ing regi­men
  • Col­lect­ing data, writ­ing cus­tomer visit reports.
  • Report­ing to the account man­ager about any con­tin­gen­cies or anom­alies regard­ing Buck­man applic­a­tions.
  • Report­ing to the account man­ager any con­tinu­ous improve­ment pro­jects or cost reduc­tions that can sup­port Buck­man’s applic­a­tions.
  • Ana­lyz­ing chem­ical con­sump­tions, and applic­a­tions on weekly and/or monthly basis
