Work­ing field:

You will be respons­ible for sup­port­ing the man­age­ment in the sourcing strategy, job post­ings, social media pres­ence, recruit­ment mar­ket­ing, job fair strategies and in many other excit­ing tasks. You will work dir­ectly with the CEO and your respons­ib­il­it­ies include:

  • Trans­late hir­ing needs into effect­ive recruit­ing strategies to find qual­i­fied applic­ants
  • Gen­er­ate job post­ings with cor­res­pond­ing tech­nical team lead­ers, execute screen­ing, organ­ize inter­views
  • Pro­act­ively reach out to pass­ive can­did­ates via social media such as LinkedIn and Face­book and main­tain con­tact with hard to find skilled applic­ants to keep them inter­ested
  • Develop and deliver reg­u­lar report­ing to show effect­ive­ness of recruit­ing strategy and that estim­ated return on invest­ment is being met
  • Fin­an­cials and report­ing (account­ing, fin­an­cial fore­casts, fin­an­cial report­ing etc.) also includ­ing the admin­is­tra­tion of pub­licly fun­ded pro­jects
  • Daily admin­is­tra­tion of office organ­iz­a­tion
  • Design and imple­ment internal and external employer brand­ing activ­it­ies
  • Main­tain ana­lyt­ics for meas­ure­ments of suc­cess by assess­ing the effect­ive­ness of brand­ing chan­nels and provid­ing reports to key internal part­ners
  • Hand­ling the external and internal com­mu­nic­a­tion as well as social media man­age­ment
  • Net­work­ing with part­ners and uni­versit­ies
  • Busi­ness trip, con­fer­ences and exhib­i­tion plan­ning and organ­iz­a­tion


  • Still study­ing Bach­elor/Mas­ter degree in Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion / Mar­ket­ing / Com­mu­nic­a­tion and/or Human Resources Man­age­ment or com­par­able with focus on Tal­ent Attrac­tion
  • Strong inde­pend­ent prob­lem-solv­ing abil­ity
  • Excel­lent organ­iz­a­tional, com­mu­nic­a­tion and inter­per­sonal skills
  • Open­ness for new chal­lenges and eager to learn on the job in vari­ous fields
  • Abil­ity and com­mit­ment to work in a star­tup and team envir­on­ment
  • Resi­li­ence in all aspects of the job
  • Famil­iar with social media
  • Flu­ent in Ger­man and Eng­lish
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Applic­a­tions

The fol­low­ing skills are a plus:

  • Exper­i­ence with DATEV
  • Exper­i­ence with data­base soft­ware
  • Worked in tal­ent acquis­i­tion before
  • Admin­is­tra­tion know-how with respect to pub­licly fun­ded pro­jects
  • Event man­age­ment skills
  • IT know­ledge
  • Exper­i­ence as data secur­ity officer (DSGVO)
