Our cust­o­m­ers are well-known retailers who sell online and want to offer an out­stan­ding expe­ri­ence to their cust­o­m­ers. With our plat­form they can access the best deli­very pro­vi­ders, from local cou­riers to big logi­s­tics part­ners, to pro­vide fle­xi­ble deli­very time win­dows, live tracking and exclu­sive cust­o­mer expe­ri­ence.

We're pas­sio­na­tely inte­rested in our users and aim to learn ever­y­thing we can about their beha­vi­ors, atti­tu­des and emo­ti­ons to help define the pro­ducts and ser­vices we create. We are a cross-func­tio­nal team of engi­neers, pro­duct mana­gers, and ope­ra­tio­nal experts working clo­sely toge­ther to dis­rupt the logi­s­tics space and create expe­ri­en­ces that the will bene­fit the ent­ire eco­sys­tem.

As UX rese­arch intern, you will be working clo­sely with our CPO and Ope­ra­ti­ons team to con­duct explo­ra­tory, inde­pen­dent rese­arch pri­ma­rily focu­sed on under­stan­ding needs and moti­va­tions for one of Fliit’s core user groups. This is a 3 month rese­arch pro­ject, and flu­ency in both Eng­lish and Ger­man is a must.

  • You will play a key role in Fliit’s stra­te­gic direc­tion and growth by adop­ting a cul­ture of con­ti­nuous impro­ve­ment, cust­o­mer-centric pro­duct deve­lop­ment, real cross-func­tio­nal team­work, and trans­pa­rent com­mu­ni­ca­tion

Er­war­te­te Qua­li­fi­ka­tio­nen:

Mini­mum qua­li­fi­ca­ti­ons
  • Cur­rently pur­suing or recently com­ple­ted a Bache­lor’s degree in human com­pu­ter inter­ac­tion, cogni­tive psy­cho­logy, infor­ma­tion sci­ence, sta­ti­s­tics, data sci­ence, or a rela­ted field.
  • Excel­lent ana­lyti­cal, inter­per­so­nal, com­mu­ni­ca­tion, nego­tia­tion and col­la­bo­ra­tion skills.
  • Expe­ri­ence con­duc­ting user rese­arch.
  • Flu­ent in Eng­lish and Ger­man.

Pre­fer­red qua­li­fi­ca­ti­ons
  • Cur­rently pur­suing or recently com­ple­ted a MS or PhD in human com­pu­ter inter­ac­tion, cogni­tive psy­cho­logy, infor­ma­tion sci­ence, sta­ti­s­tics, data sci­ence, or a rela­ted field.
  • Rele­vant work/pro­ject expe­ri­ence in an app­lied rese­arch set­ting, inclu­ding but not limi­ted to inte­gra­ting user rese­arch into pro­duct designs and design prac­tices.
  • Know­ledge of sta­ti­s­tics and the prin­ci­ples of expe­ri­ment design.
  • Strong under­stan­ding of strengths and short­co­m­ings of dif­fe­rent rese­arch methods, inclu­ding when and how to apply them during each pro­duct phase.
  • Flu­ency in Polish is a plus.
