Through our exper­i­en­tial learn­ing pro­grams and the DO School Method, we enable teams and indi­vidu­als to cre­ate hands-on innov­a­tion solu­tions and to foster a cul­ture of entre­pren­eur­ship.

What you would DO:
With your motiv­a­tion, read­i­ness and keen interest in bring­ing ground-break­ing edu­ca­tional/train­ing con­cepts to life, you’ll sup­port our pro­gram team in deliv­er­ing out­stand­ing learn­ing exper­i­ences. This is your oppor­tun­ity to dis­cover the ins and outs of work­ing in a global organ­iz­a­tion that brings together young entre­pren­eurs from all over the globe, major play­ers from the world of busi­ness, and a team that is com­mit­ted to deliv­er­ing excel­lent res­ults for all stake­hold­ers. We’d love for you to con­trib­ute your own ideas and ini­ti­at­ives—in turn, you can count on great sup­port and feed­back from our team.


  • A cur­rent stu­dent pur­su­ing mas­ter pro­gram, or a cur­rent stu­dent pur­su­ing the last year of under­gradu­ate degree
  • A man­dat­ory intern­ship is pre­ferred
  • The desire to build and har­ness your skills in a global organ­iz­a­tion
  • Great organ­iz­a­tional/pro­ject coordin­a­tion skills, pro­fi­cient with MS Word, Excel, Power­Point and Key­note, good prob­lem solv­ing abil­ity, great com­mu­nic­a­tion skills, great team­work spirit and coordin­a­tion skills
  • An interest in the world of social entre­pren­eur­ship/good busi­ness/start-ups/NGOs
  • A desire to con­nect with people from all kinds of cul­tural, pro­fes­sional and lin­guistic back­grounds
  • Lots of curi­os­ity
